On June 7th, the RDA hosted the Join Hands Day. After canceling because of rain and having low turnouts the previous weekends, the 7th was well worth the wait. We had six adults and seven youth from the neighborhood. It was a beautiful day with a slight breeze and spots of clouds. The first phase of the garden is finished. We would like to see the garden become larger, but for now we are going to focus on the mural. If any neighbors would like to sponsor a section of the garden, lease contact us and let us know!

A BIG Thank You to Dwight Reece from the Thrivent Financial for Lutherans for helping make the day a reality. Thanks to all the kids that came out and helped and the adults that worked so hard. Come by the office to see some pictures!
