RDA supports low-income, elderly, and/or disabled homeowners with needed home repairs through volunteer and financial assistance on a year-round basis. This initiative is in line with one of the organization's goals: to improve and/or maintain the housing stock in Rosedale.

We partner with the nearby University of Kansas Medical Center on a local version of Christmas in October every year (another minor home repair program).
