RDA
believes that neighborhood groups are an important grass-roots mechanism
for individuals to communicate and support one another. These groups
help make their neighborhoods safe and attractive places to live.
RDA offers support to these groups whenever possible, by attending
and speaking at meetings, helping with the production of neighborhood
newsletters, and assisting with problem solving and long-term tactical
planning.
Leaders
of Rosedale neighborhood groups meet once a month at the RDA office
and communicate frequently via e-mail. Information, concerns, and
support are exchanged. The leaders then distribute the information
to residents in their respective neighborhoods.
